First and foremost, my salesperson, Laura was absolutely amazing! The purchasing was fast and easy. Super friendly staff. Clean waiting areas. While things may have taken a turn for the worst in the beginning with miscommunication and so on, I have to give credit where credit is due. Hus was so helpful, kind, and supportive. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Tyler Archibald for going above and beyond. When I purchased my car, the seat had a tear in it, and some damage was done to my fender during a repair. To my surprise, not only did Tyler have my seat repaired, but my fender fixed, front and rear bumper painted, repaired the hole in my rear bumper from someone backing into me, AND my rims redone!! Talk about making things right!! My car looks absolutely AMAZING!! I can't thank you enough for taking care of me! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! I'll see you guys when its time to trade her in :)

My son purchased a vehicle and was met with excellent customer service. Santiago is such a great guy, he really took care of us. They gave him a great price on a car, under blue book, while other dealerships are inflating cost due to COVID. Jeff, the finance guru was able to get him a decent finance rate. Ultimately, my son walked away with exactly what he wanted and Bentley Edison made a lifelong customer out of him and me. I went back the next day and traded in my vehicle. Again, top notch customer service, Santiago was so knowledgeable and helpful. Do they know their cars? So well! I got a great deal, paying lower payments on my newer car than my previous one at excellent interest rate. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else in NJ! It feels like family!
